Sky is the limit: Toyota GR Yaris 530 HP

Engine: Forged internals and massive boost

At these power levels, the stock block is a ticking time bomb. There is no room for risk here, so we tear the engine down to its bare components and rebuild it from scratch.

  • Forged bottom end: Forged pistons are mandatory, along with forged connecting rods as a preventative measure. Add to that, of course, a stronger head gasket to handle the massive cylinder pressures.
  • Fuel and air: We upgrade the injectors and fuel pump to much higher-flowing units. Since we have the fuel, we also need oxygen...
  • Turbo ARTEC 400 Bolt-On: Our absolute favorite solution. It's a plug & play kit based on the legendary Garrett G25 core. Thanks to this, we can easily generate power in the region of an absurd 530 horsepower.
  • Cooling and exhaust: The stock radiators go in the trash. We install a significantly more efficient water radiator and a separate oil cooler. The exhaust is swapped for a full 3-inch straight pipe. Interestingly, the top-tier intercooler from Wagnertuning (if installed in an earlier stage) can easily stay – it handles this power level perfectly well.

Electronics: Pure Motorsport

In these builds, factory "nonsense" is redundant and only gets in the way. We do a complete wire tuck.

  • Wiring and ECU: We lay down a new, ultra-light, professional motorsport wiring harness (Mil-Spec). The heart of the operation becomes the absolute top-quality Magneti Marelli Motorsport ECU.
  • Command center: We ditch the stock gauge cluster. An advanced ADU display lands right in front of the driver, and all vehicle controls are handled via a dedicated motorsport keypad.

Drivetrain: A sequential gearbox is a "Must-Have"

Above 500 horsepower and under extreme loads, the stock manual will shatter in the blink of an eye. There's no point in trying to save it.

  • Sequential gearbox: A necessity. Lightning-fast gear shifts, bulletproof durability, and that incredible rally sound.
  • Heavy-duty 4motors components: The gearbox has to transfer torque to the wheels. To ensure nothing gets shredded along the way, we install our proprietary, heavy-duty 4motors transfer gear and an upgraded driveshaft. You can't move forward without them.

Suspension: Zero rubber, 100% precision

Power is nothing without control, and this suspension lets you play with physics however you like.

  • Out-of-this-world suspension: We only use top-tier equipment: Reiger, Intrax, or BOS.
  • Verkline subframes: If we're going all out, we throw away the factory subframes. We install tubular motorsport subframes and control arms from Verkline.
  • Uniballs everywhere: Every rubber suspension component is replaced with a uniball. The stock engine and gearbox mounts give way to stiff mounts of our own production. Thanks to this, the engine won't even flinch under load, and after these suspension mods, we have complete freedom in geometry alignment.

Weight and Brakes

Only what is essential for driving and safety remains in the cabin. We strip out dozens of unnecessary kilograms of sound deadening and plastics from the interior.

What about the brakes? With this kind of performance, the natural step is to throw in a massive kit from AP Racing, although it's worth noting that with a good rotor and a motorsport pad, the stock Yaris caliper still has absolutely nothing to be ashamed of!
