What does the car building process look like?
1
Analysis and Specification
We start with hard facts. What class, what league, what budget. We decide whether we're building for a specific homologation or creating an uncompromising open project. A precise plan at this stage means no costly mistakes in the future.
2
Chassis and Roll Cage
We strip the shell down to zero. We remove unnecessary weight, seam-weld critical chassis points, and weld in a safety roll cage (FIA compliant). We install polycarbonate windows and prepare an absolutely rigid, safe base.
3
Motorsport Electronics
Forget about the factory wiring mess. We lay down lightweight, clear wiring harnesses from scratch. We install Power Distribution Modules (PDM) and standalone ECUs. We shave off unnecessary kilograms and completely eliminate the failure rate of stock electronics.
4
Suspension
A rally car isn't driven just by power, but primarily by traction. We install top-tier, fully adjustable suspension systems, uniballs, and reinforced control arms. The car is corner-weighted, and the geometry is set up for specific tires and track characteristics.
5
Engine and High-Performance Drivetrain
We assemble the engine aiming for massive, usable torque. We pair it with a bulletproof drivetrain – sequential or dogbox transmissions, racing clutches, and precisely set up Limited Slip Differentials (LSD). A drivetrain that handles aggressive launch control procedures time and time again.
6
Tuning and Calibration
We bring the mechanics to life. We tune the engine on the dyno for maximum and safe power on the specified fuel. We calibrate assist systems (Launch Control, differential mapping, ALS) so that everything operates within optimal parameters.
7
Shakedown and Testing
The machine must go through a trial by fire. We take the car to a closed stage or track. We verify temperatures under load, bed in the brakes, and dial in the final suspension "clicks" in combat conditions.

The Finished Race Car
You receive a piece of equipment refined to 100%. Ergonomic, safe, and possessing the necessary technical documentation. Your vision has just become a ruthless winning tool.
